This company has lied, manipulated, failedto fulfill their contract, and essentially commit fraud and a scam! **** was quick to come our and take our order for replacing every window in our house and adding a bay window in the kitchen. That was the only easy part. It took a very long time to get our windows installed. Our order was "lost in the cracks". Sound like they use this line a lot. After finally getting windows installed we had an issue with the bay window. **** does not respond to any calls, emails, or texts once the installation process is finished. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We hired Dane to install 5 windows in our home in November, 2021 and paid him a $2600 deposit. I contacted him in February, 2022 as to the status and was told he would contact the window company and get back to me. On March, 2022 I contacted him again and was told the same thing. My husband contacted him 15 days later and asked for a refund. To date, we have not received a refund and have been ghosted by Dane. We will be seeking legal action against this company and Dane.

Replaced windows in entire house. Reasonable rates compared to other companies. Installers were friendly, hard-working, and professional. Windows look great and no problems so far!

Quick to make the sale. Installation was fine. After installation warranty work is not. 3 issues after install. 2 corrected by manufacturer 4 months after install. 1 remaining issue remaining after 8 months. Company is non-responsive.

I used this company for a set of windows in 2019 and all went well. Great product, service, communication and price. So I decide to do another set of windows with Home Design Exteriors in 2020. After several attempts to reach Dane, I finally got ahold of him and he came over for an estimate. I put a deposit down in August 2020, and he said we could get the windows done in September sometime. That's when the process became a constant headache. We really enjoyed working with Darryl and his crew on our new windows and new siding! There were no hidden fees or pushy sales; we were shown each option and exactly what the costs would be up front. The installation crews were both very hard-working and efficient. Quality all the way around!

We found the owner Darrell to be, friendly, up front, professional and honest without any presure. We purchased our windows at an extremely great price. Followed up with an excellent installation by professional installers that were courteous and mindful to details. We are happy we found Home design and are more than pleased with the smooth purchase and installation. We have recommended Darryl and his team to a number of friends of ours.
