Terrible ownership. The issue with this awning is now twice in less then a month where the awning has not retracted during wind and rain fall. I understand the company’s position is to always blame the weight of the rain. However, the bent arms, screws coming out of the wall, and frame not holding support even through rain fall suggest that the material and installation is not satisfactory.
