Very very disappointed they were only here Approximately 45 minutes , When I looked online, It said it can take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours and even more on some sites when they did my dryer they left a great big mess on my deck. All of my furniture was covered with dust and he just swept up the debris underneath my Vent. Did not do the other I do No end of the dryer at all .He conned me into getting an antibacterial in the Ducts which I googled after and find out that it is absolutely useless . Rowan did an excellent job on A/C, duct cleaning, furnace, and dryer vents. He checked out everything & revealed the filter in the humidifier that needed to be changed. Our technician, Rowan cleaned our dryer vent. The vent and ducting is extremely challenging to access. Rowan was diligent in accessing the vent and ducting, going above and beyond what was expected. He also carried out this challenging task with good humour. We were very pleased with the effort he put in to provide quality service.
