My carpet looks a little better but not much. The stairs were sopping wet for over 12 hours. In my opinion the carpet doesn’t look any better than when I use my at home steam cleaner. Feel like I still need to get the carpet cleaned. The worker was friendly enough. He was done in about 40 mins …9 stairs hallway approx 7 ft and approx 800 sq ft. 256.00 no freshener, no carpet protector … nothing The guy drove a Home Depot van, he had a hard pulling into driveway … no winter tires. Is one of the best Tech's I had to deal with knows his stuff thanks Rowan
This company is sub-contracted by ATCO Home Services for furnace cleaning and neither of them stand by their work. Cleaned my furnace/ducts and left my dryer ducting falling apart (which I found out when I turned on the dryer). Avoid both companies because they won’t make things right I’ll have to pay out of pocket to get ductwork repair.
