I will not be using this service in the future; I have used the carpet and duct cleaning services in the past, and had no issues. This week, I had a carpet cleaning scheduled for Wednesday, June 18th with the technician scheduled to arrive between 12-4. I took the afternoon off work, moved all the furniture, and waited. And waited. And waited. Finally at five past I called and asked what happened. I was advised that the service vehicle had broken down and they would need to reschedule.
