doesn't get worse . Useless service. Drag it out kings.. no order delivery and fighting for a refund now. Don't trust this business. They have a run around customer support with no answers and no solutions but to tell you to wait until their escalation team investigates and emails their conclusion. Le pire service a la clientèle en ligne. Système défaillant, promesse Pro Xtra non tenu, soutien téléphonique en Français inexistant sous traité outre-mer, soutien par courriel encore pire. Après 8000$ d’achats sur notre carte d’entreprise Home Dépôt, aucune récompenses Pro Xtra. 5 mois de communications pour régler le problème sans succès. Home dépôt devrais fermer et retourner au USA.
Service was not the greatest. I asked technician about a vent that hidden behind a grill, he said he would show me when he opens it, however he never got back to show me I’m not even sure he even opened the vent to clean it. Unorganized-left all my old screws for vents on top of my water heater. I asked technician what machine is used to clean duct, he gives me attitude saying “if you doubt us, the why did you call ?” Horrible service will never use again!
Ordered a patio blind almost a month ago-delivery free. They were quick to take my money-6 days after placing the order. Order was supposed to be here last week. Have been talking to 5 different people at different levels and got the runaround. Can't track the order as there seems to be some kind of an error & shipping company has an invalid tracking number. Don’t rain Home Depot has been going downhill for years management doesn’t care or corporate doesn’t care what they screw up or what they do. They don’t care about the issues they care about making money.
