Here is everything that went wrong with what should have been a simple order: - Tracking info (dates, times) were constantly wrong (ie. Said estimated delivery would be the 21st when I was checking the page on the 23rd, certain pages would say the times in CST when I'm EST) - They delivered the product to the completely wrong building (not even the same unit number) - Tried to call any of the 5 customer service numbers on their site: none of them work - Once being paired with an agent, it took them 10minutes to read my simpl... read more
Absolute garbage!!!! Ordered a BBQ FOUR TIMES online. They kept canceling the order or saying there was issues with the addresses. Finally got it ordered for delivery, was given a delivery date that was now three days ago, customer service was no help at all (the one guy even hung up on me cause I was asking too many questions).
