Terrible customer service; they never answer the phone or call you back. Also, I regret added a protection plan to the furniture I bought because they will never replace it! So please DO NOT waste your money and buy their protection plans!
I purchased 3 couches in April and it still haven’t came to this day.THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE
