Tom is a true professional. Very knowledgeable and patient. No hard sell and directs the customer to what they need and the best value. Very pleased with the purchase. Much better than buying on the website.

Tom is a true professional. He greets you in the store with warmth and a smile, and he knows his product inside and out. He helped my wife and I choose a table which was perfect for our patio. Look forward to purchasing more Polywood here in the future.

I was searching for Pollywood furniture and I'm very happy I found this store. They have a great selection, and the owner, Tom, is incredibly friendly. If you're in the market for Pollywood furniture, look no further. I highly recommend this place!

Are you the type of person who enjoys excellent, above and beyond customer service? Shop here. Are you the type of person who enjoys paying less than retail while ordering from a real human being who knows the product like the back of his hand? Shop here. Polywood had an issue with the delivery of our order and Tom made things right by personally delivering the entire order. On a Sunday. An hour+ drive from his shop. I look forward to the opportunity to refer anyone I know to Home Decor & More.
