Not sure how a company runs a business like this!!! My original email from them said the item will ship in 4 to 7 days. Customer Service NEVER answers the phone. Can’t speak with anyone. You can only leave messages. Called them and left 3 message with no response. I sent 3 emails on their customer support link on their page, with no response. Terrible business! Ordered a small, inexpensive hinge for my cabinets. The shipping was as much as the part, that’s how inexpensive it was. Received a notice saying the package had been delivered by USPS. It wasn’t on the porch and the mail hadn’t even been delivered yet. I asked my mailman and showed him the tracking info. Next day went to the post office who told me it was probably at a downtown post office and wait a few days.
