Ironic that their website advertises "Excellent Customer Service!" I waited 2 months for my order, and when it arrived I only got one of the four hinges I ordered. When I wrote to customer service I was immediately refunded the cost of the missing items (which is good), but what I expected was to have them ship the missing items to me instead (keep in mind, there was no discussion, they just issued a refund). Now I'm stuck with one hinge instead of the four I need. So I basically paid them $15 to ship one hinge that I can't ... read more
Sent wrong size and won’t return without charging me for restocking and return postage?? What kind of company is this? I sent 4 emails and no response!!!!!!
