Home Crafters made the installation of a new roof and gutter system easy and painless. The company has great communication and I’ve been in contact with all sides of the company whenever I had any questions before, during, and after the installation. When I noticed a leak in my back sunroom, I contacted Home Crafters about the issue. George reached out and had somebody next day to check it out. Although it turned out not to be a roofing issue, George explained the issue to me and covered the repair for free.
Wonderful company to do business with. The cost estimate was explained step by step and was very easy to understand. They are very personable and care about the needs of their customers. I highly recommend!!
My husband and I recently bought a new house and within two weeks realized we had a leak in our bathroom from the roof. I called George and he was able to come out right away to take a look at the roof and provide a quote. I had already received quotes from other companies that were significantly more expensive.
