Both George and Marianne were very kind and a pleasure to communicate with. I was very anxious to get the work done as soon as possible and George assured me he would do his best, which he definitely did. The job was completed in a more than timely manner, with excellent service, friendly and polite workers. An all around great experience and job well done. Roof looks nice and your team manager (Douglas) has been very professional and helpful in explaining various steps that requires prior to installing singles. They came early in the morning with his crew and stayed until each sections on the roof are complete. He made sure entire roof installed property according to specified items on the proposal. I recently had a requirement to have 2 attic fans replaced on my home. After some searching, I decided to go with Home Crafters, and I am very happy that I did. I was able to get a site visit the same day and a quote the next day. I was able to have the work completed in about a week which was great given the fact that I needed specialty shingles as part of the work.
