Went into the store today with mother and our dog smiling and in a great mood enjoying this place that is Sedona! Then…..Not sure why but we honestly got greeted very rudely and unprofessionally by the employee at the front counter even after explaining (and ready to show proof) that our dog is in fact a certified service dog. Not in a big hurry to return for this type of interaction….not to mention the high prices. Just can’t recommend.

Wow rude as could be. Wanted to sell a table and chairs. Sent in pics. Just wanted a general price. Was told that I needed to bring it in and sign a contract prior to any appraisal or pricing. I said I just wanted to find out if it would sell for more than $500 because if so I could just sell it myself. The policy makes it useless to send in pics.
