Staying at a 2/2 villa that I booked through this agency. Both Vic and Holly were responsive and helpful making the booking process easy. The unit was everything it was advertised to be. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of materials and workmanship in the renovation. Thanks for a stress free experience at a time I needed it.
We stayed in the 3+ BR home on Siesta Key (Faubel St). Location was perfect for us as we were visiting family in downtown Sarasota. We split our time evenly between Lido Key, Siesta Key & downtown. Great property and the pool was perfect when we got home at night. We also appreciated the beach gear for use in the garage. Thanks for a great rental - we’ll look forward to visiting again!
We stayed at Sea Shell condo 407, Im giving a 5 star for Holly Harris the condo rental host, easy to contact and fast response and asked several times if we needed anything. Great communication! As for the condo I'm going to give a 4 star, it was clean and taken care of. Does need more comfortable seating in living room and on balcony. There is seating but not really comfortable for 6 people. Also bedroom doors are not able to lock. If you’re changing people can walk in on you. There is some beach gear, and towels. Absolutely loved loved loved our stay here! We were here for a week and Holly made sure we felt welcomed and also went out of her way to help us on our check out day when we had an issue come up with our rental. So helpful. Not to mention how welcoming and at home we felt the entire week we were there. The only regret was having to leave. If your going to vacation anywhere near siesta key I recommend booking with this company!
AVOID THIS COMPANY! We used VRBO for a MONTHLY rental of a condo that was managed by this company. The condo was described in THREE different places as having an elevator....and yes there is one but it is not operational and hasn't been for TWO years!!! This company had ample opportunity to disclose this condition with several emails and VRBO messages and they choose not to. We only discovered the elevator being broken upon arrival.
