Our whole rental experience was problem free, and we appreciated that the host responded very quickly to a few general questions we had. They were friendly and a great company to rent from.
The staff at Home and Condo Rentals and Realty answered all my questions and checked on us to make sure everything was ok!! Kept us informed and gave us our information about check in and about other information by email and text. Our unit at Excelsior was very clean and well stocked with all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable!! We absolutely Love the beach at Siesta Key, we have been coming here for over 50 years
So, about our vacation in this complex SEA SHELL. The owner of this institution knows exactly what needs to be adjusted to improve the conditions of the complex. I think that in every institution of this type there is always something to work on, since there will always be competition and someone always offers something better or worse. Quite possibly the easiest and most communicative vacation agency to book with! From detailed emails with every piece of information, possibly needed for check-in and use of the condo to the ease of the checkout process to the friendliest and helpful staff, everything was amazing! Holly absolutely deserves a big fat raise!!! She is amazing!
We greatly enjoyed our stay! Most of our condo was brand new & the staff answered all questions quickly and were very hospitable.
