Home Concrete Solutions was engaged to complete works for my apartment complex balconies. There have been ongoing issues with both the service provided, and the communication. The product used to finish my balcony bubbled, was getting water beneath it, and the team had to attend several times to rectify. I was initially impressed with how quickly this company booked my epoxy flooring job and their reasonable pricing. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The workmanship was subpar, leaving my floor with noticeable flaws. Even worse, once the job was done, they disappeared—no after-sales service or support whatsoever. They also showed a total disregard for the environment, pouring excess epoxy onto my grass and littering the backyard with metal flakes. We recently had our old concrete patterned driveway and adjoining pathway resurfaced and we are super happy and impressed with the result, it has honestly exceeded our expectations!
