They made an incredibly sad situation so much better. So much compassion. Every step was explained. Our beautiful boy left this world with dignity and peace.
Dr. Nicole was incredibly kind and gentle in handling Jake’s passing today. He didn’t feel a thing and it was a beautiful, peaceful experience (all things considered - the death of a beloved pet is never easy). She displayed utmost care, honour, and respect for us and Jake.
Very caring and compassionate service. Dr Nicole Dooling was very calming and reassuring, letting us take our time to say goodbye to our little girl. Highly recommend this option when the time comes to say goodbye to a beloved pet.
Dr. Nicole came to our house last night to let us say our final goodbyes to our old dog in the comfort of his favourite bed, where he was surrounded by his family and lovingly and so tenderly put to his final sleep. She was so patient and so kind and really made the whole experience so much easier for all of us, including Gus and his twin sister. I highly recommend planning your pets final goodbyes at home in peace and comfort, it is so worth it. Thank you so so much.
We had a bad experience. When my cat ran away from her, to the hall, she said everyone wait for him to come back. Then she got up, left the room, cornered my cat in the hall. He was screaming. I could hear banging against the walls. We ran to the hall. She was on the floor with my cat. Only then did she get up and let him go. He ran from her. Back to the living room. Walsh returned.
