I initially called Home Comfort Systems because my AC wasn't blowing cold air. I want to be clear that the technician was excellent, and he quickly figured out the issue was a faulty capacitor. However, the company's billing structure and the final cost gave me significant pause. 1) The repair itself involved replacing a 35+5 MFD DUAL CAPACITOR. Dustin and his team did an amazing job replacing my two hvac systems! They were so kind, thorough, trustworthy, professional and did a great job educating me on the system and new thermostat. Christy was also so helpful with scheduling and answering all of my questions. I felt very comfortable through the whole process. I can’t thank you guys enough for all your hard work! I’m extremely happy with the service and will be recommending them to anyone who needs any HVAC services!
Dustin went above and beyond on this one. Everyone else said I needed to replace my 10-year old gas pack that had water in the heat exchanger ($10K - $12K). Dustin took his time, evaluated the problem, then sucked the water out of the heat exchanger fixing the unit for thousands less. Thank you Dustin for fixing my unit.
Dustin was professional, courteous, and forthcoming with his knowledge and skill set. Highly recommend. Should needs arise in the future, Home Comfort Systems will be my choice.
