Another unsatisfied customer here. It was a bad execution from start and still not finished. We hired another company to finish their work. The list is long, so I’ll just leave it at that, but areas not sprayed, Moore vents crushed because they used the wrong foam and collapsed them. The ice damming actually increased substantially after there work was done! I will not and would not ever recommend this company or any dealings with the owner. I got a quote but he didn't want the job, nor did he tell me he didn't want it, wasted 3 weeks of my time. Too bad they don't have minus star ratings.
They came to my door at 2005 and lied to me that the furnace would be mine, but after 5 years I found out that they're charging me 82$ to rent the furnace. They are telling me to pay 45$ to view my own contract. They don't even have an answering machine. They can not be trusted. They are killing me and I have to pay them for 5 more years.
Home Comfort staff was fast and friendly. The new insulation makes a huge difference.
