I contacted this business about work I needed done and was assured by an employee it was something they do and could be done. The crew arrived told me nothing I agreed to and wanted done could be done by them. They ran the test ignored areas of concern by me did some sealing. I still have cold air coming into my home from the areas of concern that were ignored and could not be done per the crew despite being sold on the fact the work could be done. I never thought I would feel so moved to leave a review about an insulation company but Home Comfort Practice was so wonderful to work with. Joe came out to create a plan of what we needed to do to improve insulation in our home and then took time to answer all my questions and concerns. They did the job, so I won’t give 1 star. But they’re difficult to work with and didn’t clean up after themselves. Scheduling was difficult. They didn’t always tell me when they were coming, and sometimes when they said they were coming they didn’t show up, without calling to tell me ahead of time. They left trash, plastic water bottles, tools like hammers, nails, and styrofoam all over my yard. They left nails and a long sharp wire in my toddler’s bedroom.
