Home Comfort Practice I’m here freezing My butt off because they said they would fix the problem and this was on 4/7/25 it’s now 4/12/25 and a veteran and senior and it’s snowing and they give me the run around so I had to hire someone else really sad
This company is not qualified to install HVAC systems. It took them several months of "troubleshooting" to solve zones and flow issues while we had no heat during winter months. Their solution was for us to buy space heaters and hire a local company to figure it out. Our Town inspector, State Energy inspector, and several HVAC technicians were shocked to see their quality of work and improper installation. They completed weatherization projects at my house for two days. Jaye, our Field Supervisor could not have been better! He was so professional and communicated with us every step of the way. Everything was done to perfection and they cleaned up all areas each day!! Jaye’s team couldn’t have been better. They all were so friendly and respectful! Workers are amazing. They know their stuff.
The work that was done was good. The guys who showed up to complete the work were thorough. However, these are things that any legitimate company should be doing. We scheduled 4 different appointments to complete all of the work and they were consistently late to all of them. Twice they were over two hours late. The reason is because they overbook their employees. I sat around for hours waiting for technicians to show up without a call. Unacceptable.
