DJ installed a mini split system in May 2021. We called September 2022 to have the unit cleaned. After 10 phone calls over a span of 1 month, finally got an appointment, which they never showed up for. Made several more calls, with no response. Then in September of 2023 called because the bedroom unit was making a noise. After several phone calls, finally got DJ to come out a check out the problem.
