Never did the audit property , installed heat pumps and it’s so leaky my bill is outrageous during winter months 400$+ each month . The guy who installed was a drunk and a hack don’t waste your time with this company. Not to mention still owe 15000

So I have emailed their site 3 times and called 3 times for a call back to talk to someone about a warranty for an air conditioning unit that is failing and is only 3 years old. no call back or return email has been received. placed another call this morning for a call back figuring the only people that answer is the answering service even during working hours.

Five years ago, we had Home Comfort complete an energy audit and did an update of our house. After going in debt for over $11,000, there is no difference in our monthly bills. We had a problem with an exhaust fan vent (which they installed) leaking for over four years. Cancelled appointments and temporary fixes and the ceiling in the bathroom still leaked. Top level customer care. Called for a furnace repair. Scheduler actual gave my SO ideas to troubleshoot (none of which worked but good ideas). Tech listed closely to our experience with the issue, before he even went in the basement. DID NOT talk past me to my husband, for which i give him a lot of credit, since the last furnace person did just this. Asked a bunch of intelligent questions, figured out pretty quickly the filter had been jammed into the slot incorrectly. cleaned unit, changed filter, charged us just for a year... read more

In 2016 we were sold a bill of goods by a salesperson from this company. We were told through NYSERDA this $10,000 unit would mostly be paid by a grant. When they sent us financing paperwork we refused to sign. They still showed up to install unit and when we said we didn't want the unit and would not sign the loan application, we were threatened with a lawsuit.
