I had a furnace installed. The installation was very professional, friendly service at first. A simple mistake was made, causing a sewage backup in our basement. We did not know what caused this at first and called Home Comfort Experts for help with this matter. They couldn't get us help for 2 days, so I tackled this issue on my own and found that it was them who caused this issue. Called Saturday to have a tech come out to replace our pressure switch as the diagnostic code stated that. Was told they were running a discount for a service call of $44. The tech came out stating it is never the pressure switch when we told him what the diagnostic test stated. He ran the furnace and sure enough it was the pressure switch. We had this same problem last year and were able to buy the piece through Amazon for $60 dollars. We would have done the same but it would be out a week for delivery. Bought a new central air and furnace from them, good price and better warranties, they installed both on the same day. They look and work great! All the installers were very professional and was willing to explain anything that we had questions about, they came back the next day and cleaned all of our ducts, great people, quality products and staff!! Will do all our heating and cooling business here from now on!!
