We had technician Austin Galvan come to do the summer service on our Cold Climate Heat Pump. All went well and he kept me informed about all that he did. He was very thorough and professional. I am happy with the service he provided in keeping our equipment working properly and safely.
Came out to give an estimate. We were told that there were 3 water valves that were seized and that our sink faucet needed replaced. The quote we were given was for $1.5K. We had someone else come out who did the entire job for $500. Don't know why the charge would be $1,000 more to use Home Comforts, but we will never call them again.
We were selling our Donald St. home and the day of our closing, the HC didn’t work!! Tom Chensinski quickly responded to our address and found the problem!! He also reinstalled the thermostat on the wall!! So grateful!
