Polite. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Thank you Anthony 11/25 furnace went out. Came out that day, which is appreciated. Diagnosed control board needed replacement as it was shot and not able to work. $1000 (found exactly same $459)for board but as old furnace would need to replaced soon. Charged $149 because i pay monthly fee. No heat and cold. My husband, who has no knowledge of furnaces, fixed next day. If tech couldn't fix it ...maybe refund my money
Botched a hot water install last year .small gas leak for a year.Zero Reslolutuon. Mgr promised a 7 am call following day. Next day a installer called me with zero information on the install. Mgr knew he would not call the next day , avoiding ugly conversation. Delay tactics and Gatekeeping by customer service people instructed by Management.Same issue today on seperate issue. Take money but never make it right when drop the ball.Lying no Mgr available.
Jordan Swain came out to give us a quote and was amazing! He went over everything and made sure we understood what this company is about and what we were getting for a furnace! Great Man!
RUN….. horrible products and service They initially came out to install a furnace and air conditioner on sept 24th and i have been dealing with this since. The salesman Ryan said this system came with a 2 year zero fee warranty, if for any reason they couldn’t fix the system they would put me up in a hotel of my choosing and I have 6 months to decide if I am happy with the hvac system and their services. The system was installed backwards, wiring done wrong, aluminum duct tape to hold things together and a drip pan not even ... read more
