Was great experience till I find out not everything was checked out and working properly before they left. I call back and get told they don't take care of gas fireplaces but they made sure my furnace and water heater worked. And then charged me for coming out to tell me the same thing

The technician was clearly tired at 9pm. He stormed out without finishing the work. This likely should have been scheduled 1st thing in the morning.
