This is not a reflection on the technician as he was the only GOOD thing out of this mess. My basement had gotten water in it , so we turned furnace off and called Reliance like we are meant to. A technical came the next day, Mar 10th, but needed to order a part. Not a problem. Was told to call when it came in. came in late Friday, called first thing Saturday morning. Purchased a property with a rented hot water tank in 2024. Contract was month to month. Returned the hot water tank to replace with my own in July 2024. Followed all steps to return the tank to the designated reliance location in Cornwall, filled in relevant forms and sent them to multiple different departments after following recommendations from Reliance. Installed a new heater after bringing a defective unit, looks like a meth head installed it, I'd suggest McKay mechanical or any other place really. Slow service and even worse quality of instalation. Never will I recommend reliance home comfort in cornwall. AVOID
