We called this morning thinking the compressor on our heat pump needed to be swapped out. We were expecting a very big bill. They had someone by the name of Len,(?) here this afternoon. We said what we thought was the issue. It was the perfect opportunity to upsell us. Instead their service technician was very honest and replaced a switch for a very reasonable cost. HCC recently installed a mini split heat pump for us, and we are very impressed. They came out very quickly, offered excellent pricing, and the installers were kind, professional and very careful with their work. Everything was done efficiently and with extreme care. Highly recommend!
