HCC installed our multi split AC/Heat pump and we love it. Being able to cool down the upstairs bedroom without making the lower living area too cold to enjoy is a game changer. We called this morning thinking the compressor on our heat pump needed to be swapped out. We were expecting a very big bill. They had someone by the name of Len,(?) here this afternoon. We said what we thought was the issue. It was the perfect opportunity to upsell us. Instead their service technician was very honest and replaced a switch for a very reasonable cost. HCC recently installed a mini split heat pump for us, and we are very impressed. They came out very quickly, offered excellent pricing, and the installers were kind, professional and very careful with their work. Everything was done efficiently and with extreme care. Highly recommend!
I got 3 quotes for an AC and electrical install. HCC is the only place that gave me a good price the first time around. His team was punctual efficient with getting it done. No hidden fees or add ons. I would recommend them for future installs.
Our oil furnace AND our pellet stove died dramatically on the same day. Rob from Home Comfort Centre came within hours of our call. Even better, he tried to troubleshoot and fix our current pellet stove before selling us a new one. He had new pellet stoves in stock(and also has parts in stock!!!) and installed and WETT inspected a beautiful new Harmon stove the next day.
