I purchase a bag of coffee bean on the websi that they had to delivere it to me but I didn't get it. after 6 months They send an email that we don't have your order. Do you want another coffee? Or you wanna wait for your original order I said. No I'll wait. After a couple more months they send me an email that do you want another kind of coffee or you want to wait for your original order after months of going back and forth with emails they finally refund me and I did not get the coffee.

I seldom write a review, but Home Comfort Centre was truly out of my expectation. My tenant has thrown away 2 of drain stoppers out of the sinks in the master bedroom. I tried home depot, but the size was different. So I searched online and found Home Comfort Centre should have the parts. I then dropped by as it is close to my home. They said the parts have to be ordered, but they would check to see what they can do. I visited your store today at 4:50 PM, intending to purchase a replacement Hansgrohe shower head and flexible hose. Upon arrival, two sales associates informed me that the store was effectively closed and that, even if I paid, I would not be able to receive the parts. They advised me to return on Monday. I was surprised and disappointed by this experience, especially considering that your posted hours indicate the store is open until 5:00 PM.
