I have dealt Home Comfort Care for several years, since they started the business here in Gravenhurst, initially for the care of my Mum and for myself this past few years. The excellent service, kind and understanding manner of Bonnie, Candice, Eric and Chris, has been consistent and so very appreciated by myself and family. We went with this company for a scooter for my dad as it was local the price was high but to receive support local was important but so far we have been lied to by the lady at the store and the owner seems even worse I would advise anybody local or out of town to not do business here they know very little about the product and even less about product support.

Thought we would shop local for a scooter for my dad, the price was high but it would be convenient for maintenance etc. we got it home and there was a missing cord for the charger, we had to wait a couple days for them to get one, this is when everything went south. When we bought the scooter we also picked out a canopy and windshield and basket that same day. She said the canopy would be in in about a week maybe a couple days more.
