I called to get some general information to include a pricing range to expect, as we are just beginning our search for my mom. After a list of Qs. I was informed that if I could not FIRST confirm that spending a minimum of $500 per month was feasible for our family, they would not recommend any of their home care advisors. I explained that we would discuss it and figure it out. That wasn't a good enough response for her. It gave me a bad feeling.
