Many thanks to Jess Ambrose for taking me through the guided tour of your showroom today. She was very patient, knowledgeable and took time to listen and explain the process and inclusions whilst at the same time giving very useful and valid information which I found very useful as this will be our first build.
This is a fantastic concept and venue. My wife and I visited several times and it was the deciding factor in our selecting Dale Alcock to build our forever home to downsize too. I highly recommend a tour as they have service for interior design, product selection, electrical design, home design etc all in one spot and the staff are lovely and helpful.

Very interesting afternoon, informative presentations with the ability to speak to people with a great deal of knowledge in their field.
Visited as wanting to browse with my partner. The staff member that greeted us kept giving us weird stares as we were browsing - felt very uncomfortable. Her tone was odd when we asked questions, felt as though she didn’t want to help.
