Oh my, where to start. I ordered an ECM Puristika from HCS, and I was elated initially because FedEx was scheduled to deliver my espresso machine one day early. I had taken that day off (previously scheduled), but I changed my plans because I had to be home to receive this heavy package that I had no way of getting home. The delivery window passed and still FedEx hasn't rang my buzzer, so I tracked the package.
