Bought my espresso machine here about a year ago as a complete beginner, and it’s been a great learning experience since and learning through single shot per day hahah. The customer service was amazing—friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions, also open up about your budget, preferences and I highly recommend getting into store and reviewing the options. I think I’ve worked with Jenn and Kavisha, they’re great, def strongly recommend to buy it from here.
Hands down one of the best customer service ive seen in a while. Definitely will continue buying with them.
