We ordered a Keuirg Excellenza Touch machine($6,250) at the begging of March 2026 and it worked for 1 and a half days before the power supply or board went out. Despite over a month of communication with HCS requested videos/etc, HCS has not offered any solutions and has not honored their parts warrantee by providing the replacement parts. In addition, their reviews on the HCS site scrubs all of the negative comments and is not a true reflection of customer experience.
