I used this company for about a year. The initial visit with the owner went well. Lots of promised for good service and English speaking employees. Looking back, I should have cancelled them after they broke the first collectible LLardro figurine. They broke TWO on one day and then broke another on the next cleaning! They are too fast, careless, and missed cleaning a lot of areas. They broke a light also. None of the people that came to my home spoke English so there was a communication issue.
