Trash customer service couldn't get ahold of anyone to confirm my didn't have the address right on automated line and couldn't edit it. Hire some Customer service agents and dump the automated robots that dont work

This company is sucks they ripping people off i bought a bag ice 7lb for $4.50 at Gastaiton.

If I could leave a Zero-Star Review I would! Called the number to get 100 bags of ice. They said the local provider (in Oconomowoc) would call me back. Never received a call. Called the number back and was on hold for over 15 minutes before the call was cut-off. Can't get a hold of anyone.

Every place that serves your ice in East troy is melted into a block, turned white, useless, been this way now for 2 years, do something about it!!! $2.45 a bag, ripped off!!

I called repeatedly to get Ice & they never showed up. (Mind you that this was ALL summer 2022) I talked to a representative & they had said that they weren’t doing any deliveries yet they would be at Kwik Trip all the time. The main issue I’m doing this review is because they finally filled up the ice machine around Sept 2022 and in a week picked up the Ice machine because we didn’t do enough sales.
