Wanda Nash one of your tenants just posted a picture of a dumpster surrounded by garbage and it has been full and overflowing for over a month but you guys want $850.00 to $950.00 a month for rent go see the pictures for yourself its very nasty and rent should be withheld if you have to live with filth due to Management noncompliance with the rental agreement such as access to the dumpster and trash removal when this was done in the summer you could smell it down the block try amd get better with these issues in the future
