I have never left an online review before now. I felt I needed to leave one now due to the excellent service have received from HomeChoice. It started with Tiffany while at the hospital and since I've been home. Then I must mention Adam, he has also been a God sent. Making sure all my supplies have gotten to me via shipper or same day home delivery. Which was incredible since I live quite remote. Thanks everyone. It is nice to do business with people that put their customers 1st.
ALL the nurses, pharmacists( especially Ashley), pharmacy techs, receptionists, delivery personnel, and other staff have been EXCELLENT! They should receive more than 5 stars. Our family uses between $1500-$2000 IV & supplies per month. The nurses are so professional, patient, kind, and caring. I cannot thank Home Choice Partners of Ashland, Va enough.
I have been using this company for nearly 6 months for a medication infusion. At first I was in the center for the initial 2 doses. I admit, I was terrified not being near a hospital and had a complete breakdown. Thanks to insurance, I cannot use a hospital nor infusion center anymore. The only helpful person at this office has been Gaynell and she is an angel. In April 2012 three of their home infusion specialists each tried four times to start an IV but all failed. No medication was given and no IV pump was used due to the lack of a successful IV. In late 2013, a full year and a half later, I received a bill for $115.00 and was told by the main office that it was for use of an IV pump and for IV meds which I did not receive.
