We have to echo what the reviewer, S. Cummins, said in her review - it has been nearly impossible to get service from Joy Hall after our most recent window purchase, our second from Home Choice here in Huntsville. We love all aspects of our Windsor Windows, but there have been two service issues that we asked Joy to help us resolve, starting in March of this year. Terrible customer service, non-existent response, excruciatingly slow delivery, poor quality control of installation and delivery. If you want service after installation take your money elsewhere. We have been trying to get two screens that came torn and broken upon delivery since June 2022. It's now Feb 2023 and we still have not received replacement. Once you give Joy her money she isn't interested in upholding her product!
We purchased windows from Joy and had her crew install them. I am a home inspector by trade so I have seen many windows and window installations, Joy crew did a phenomenal job. Joy was also super easy to work with and was very responsive. I would highly recommend Joy and her crew if you want great windows and professional installation.
