Oh my goodness do not go anywhere else! Jeff is incredibly professional and this is fresh, clean, nontoxic cleaning! It is safe for my asthma and he even left a nice subtle minty smell from real essential oils! The previous cleaner had left tons of soap, which gathered dirt and made the carpets look terrible. This company is so much better! Jeff was careful to sanitize everything and get all of the excess soap out and the carpet looks better than it ever did before! Waste your time trying anyone else! This guy is the best!
Absolutely outstanding work! Our carpet and front tile entry way look great! Jeff took his time, carefully and thoroughly cleaned everything, and answered all my questions. Competitively priced and very open about all charges. Carpet dried quickly and we are very pleased. Highly recommend!
We had bit of a flood and Jeff came out within an hour of my calling. He sucked up 50+ gallons of water from our carpet and came back the next day to help me adjust my fans to be more effective. A week later he came out and cleaned the carpet in that room, our stairs and the grout in our mudroom. He did an excellent job - he was efficient, on time and a great communicator. I will definitely call him again!
Jeff worked a miracle on my multi-room carpets that had been put through it by our multiple pets and lots of foot traffic! The pet stains and odors are GONE even though another national cleaning service gave us a ‘no promises; you should just replace the carpet’ overpriced estimate. Jeff puts in the work and it paid off!! I would give 10 stars if I could for responsiveness, effort and results.
