Do your homework! Ask lots of pertinent questions. We bought an LP Gas Fireplace Insert in July of 2021. It has been a struggle from the start but it's finally done. The sales dept. knows nothing about the unit, the same with the installers. It's a very expensive unit with no local knowledge so you must call the company for any reliable answers. They all were nice enough, but it doesn't always get you answers.
