Home Caring are the registered NDIS company that Support Network use provide their platform for assisting people with disabilities. Without Home Caring, Support Network would not be legally able to continue. However, it has been my observations that if Support Network fail in their duty of care or reporting of a person with a disability being abused, Home Caring wants no part or any involvement. Definitely a silent partner 🤐

The team at Home Caring - West Sydney were FANTASTIC....from the first phone call Lucas provided detailed information. Dora and Camilla manage a passionate team of carers which is no easy feat in our new world "post covid". They provide prompt communication if schedules change, you do need to be abit flexible lets face it - Sydney is a busy busy city, traffic, car issue's, health etc sometimes mean you have to re schedule but they always let you know. This provider failed to meet its commitment to my mother as they were unable to provide daily care as promised and the carers provided were incompetent and unreliable with the service unable to replace staff when they failed to show up.
