ALL THIS COMPANY CARES ABOUT IS LINING ITS OWN POCKETS THEY CANT BE TRUSTED MANAGING ELDERLY PEOPLES PACKAGES YES THEY DROPPED THEIR RATES TO 10 PER CENT BUT THEYVE UPPED THEIR HOURLY RATES TO $122 THE MAXIMUM SO IN OUR CASE THE SUPPORT WORKER INVOICED $70 AN HOUR AND THEY POCKETED $42 AN HOUR FOR NOTHING FOR EVERY HOUR BILLED BY THEIR THIRD PARTY WORKERS NOT A BAD GIG OVER THE YEARS NO WONDER THEY WERE CONCERNED WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT THE DISCREPANCY ANOTHER LOOPHOLE FOR THEM AND HERE THE SUPPORT WORKER THOUGHT THEY WERE SAV... read more

Home Caring are the registered NDIS company that Support Network use provide their platform for assisting people with disabilities. Without Home Caring, Support Network would not be legally able to continue. However, it has been my observations that if Support Network fail in their duty of care or reporting of a person with a disability being abused, Home Caring wants no part or any involvement. Definitely a silent partner 🤐

The team at Home Caring - West Sydney were FANTASTIC....from the first phone call Lucas provided detailed information. Dora and Camilla manage a passionate team of carers which is no easy feat in our new world "post covid". They provide prompt communication if schedules change, you do need to be abit flexible lets face it - Sydney is a busy busy city, traffic, car issue's, health etc sometimes mean you have to re schedule but they always let you know.
