I've worked for Home caring for 4 years. Nicole is supportive and empathetic towards staff and participants. I highly recommend working for them. I hope to stay with them to retire. Nicole is a provider that knows every participants individual needs.

A professional support company that shows nothing but care and compassion towards clients and staff alike. Staff are given training regually. Management are 100% welcoming and approachable at all times for their clients and staff. Care and support is tailored to suit each individual clients needs. I am proud to work for such a successful and caring company and highly recommend Home Caring Newcastle.

I can't thank HomeCaring Newcastle enough for the exceptional service they've provided! My mother has younger onset dementia, and navigating her NDIS package was initially overwhelming. Nicole was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail of the process to me. She made sure I felt confident in understanding everything. Please beware the worst experience I have ever come across .As my loved one suffering with late stage dementia needs where not meet.Staff have no knowledge nor trained or credentialed in dementia . Having my loved one feeling no trust and unsafe in home. Management poor all mirco managed does not listen and nor any consideration taken on board. Lacking in support , continuty , communications and compation .Please save your time .Do your home work and research .Alot of empty promises and a very shady service. Please Beware!!
