Very unprofessional organisation; I’ve dealt with a lot in the past. I’d describe them as shady operators with a total lack of understanding of what a Carer goes through, or the individual with the disability. No compassion, and simply a money driven business. The get offended if make feed back to their service agreements which is an NDIS participants right within the scope of NDIS Policy. Beware - just a big franchised business; each doing their own lousy thing. Terrible company from my perspective, and do your research.

Home Caring is the registered NDIS provider for an organisation called Support Network. My NDIS participant used Support Network and was bitterly disappointed. Hopefully, the owner can forward this 1 star review to the relevant Home Caring office that empowers Support Network. At which time I will remove this review. Many thanks.
