I ordered a door on March 16th, and the purchase was charged immediately. I called and emailed about the order, and I finally heard back on March 23rd that it would still be several days. I requested a cancellation, and they immediately offered to expedite it. I declined the offer and asked to proceed with cancellation. I had a disappointing experience with Homecaresupply. My order was delayed, and when it finally arrived, some items were missing. They did send an email about an additional shipping charge based on distance, but because it came separately and wasn’t clearly highlighted during checkout, I missed it—and the delivery was held up with no follow‑up from their side.
