Worst service, poor communication. Update : Prehung doors are poorly assembled, not taking any responsibility. And there is no guy named KEVIN. Its seems made up name only.

We purchased an interior door a month or so ago, it said 2 day turn around, it came a lot later than the website said it would (two weeks later) we got the door there were minor divots in it that I had to patch, found out I ordered a left hand door, it should have been a right hand door (my mistake) I called home care supply, I told them I ordered the wrong door, I don't want a refund, just an exchange, they said they would contact the warehouse and get back to me, waited a week, they never did get back to me. I ordered a door on March 16th, and the purchase was charged immediately. I called and emailed about the order, and I finally heard back on March 23rd that it would still be several days. I requested a cancellation, and they immediately offered to expedite it. I declined the offer and asked to proceed with cancellation. The next day, I received a call saying the driver was on their way. The person I spoke to that day was very helpful in getting the cancellation processed.
