Terrible agency. They keep sending my mother caregivers that sit on their butts the whole time playing on their phones. Her current weekend caregiver is named Kelsi. All Kelsi does is stress my mother out and complain about HER personal issues when she is supposed to be working. She sits their on her phone and quite literally ignores my mother when my mother is speaking to her. She is consistently late by 30 minutes and then asks if she can go home 2-3 hours early. I have two members of my family who receive care from this company. Both of them report that their caregivers are amazing. They are competent, caring, & compassionate. They have also reported that office staff are very responsive to their scheduling requests. They are polite, pleasant, & professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a helping hand. They have made a real difference in the lives of my loved ones. And that helps me sleep better at night.
