This office is extremely unprofessional. The home care assistants they send always complain they can’t come back because they need more hours. They keep sending new people and it’s very hard to get comfortable with new helpers and also helpers that you can trust. This is very inconvenient. They never have Identification on them or if they are actually trained professionals. Some of the helpers have health issues and can’t go up the stairs in our home. The management never return calls.
