Called me today to TELL me they are coming to my house - didn’t ask IF they could come. Then assumed I had no choice WHEN they arrived because they had a referral. They shouldn’t have been given my contact information and I’m not being TOLD anything without the simplest act of respect. Get a warrant.
This company is very unprofessional. Use another company. The Nurse was not there once on time! 3 weeks later and I still don't have the supplies I need. I gave the supervisor Marisa several chance to rectify the situation. All Marisa did was make excuse's and try and make it my fault. Only gave 1 start because I had to.
More bureaucracy than service! Good nurses, rehab. specialist, home aid. I feel sorry for them. They have to work in clumsy, disorganized system. I am a medical doctor and I have seen much better organized systems.
