I don’t know how I received this referral for Home Care Plus. We paid one thousand dollars. I had major ear surgery on October 30,2024. My husband had a hernia repair November 14,2024. A representative was scheduled to come on October 13,2024. My husband has a TBI. I needed transportation and help at this time. The representative was ill and appointment was postponed until November 15. I explained what I needed and was assured I would receive this help. I just had surgery and was taking narcotics. Do not work for this company. Most of the upper management has minimal experience in this line of work, and you can tell. They held a months worth of checks when I started only to tell me they don’t owe me anything when I quit. Ive been promised hundred of dollars in bonuses, never to be seen. I’ve been lied about to clients to cover up the incompetence of the manager. Save yourself the trouble. The only good that has come out of this place is a few good people I’ve met along the way.
