Working with them is very easy, the aides are all wonderful, they always check ahead when they need to send a substitute aide, and they are supportive getting us the info we need for our long-term care policy.

We've engaged the services of ComForCare over the past few weeks to assist us with a family member who has moderate dementia. Our experience thus far has been highly satisfactory, with the caregivers adeptly handling the numerous challenges involved. The demeanor of their caregivers has been consistently amiable, their responsiveness impressive, and their professionalism evident. I was reluctant to hire a home care agency for my wife because we both are very private persons and the idea of a stranger in our house was very uncomfortable. My daughter convinced me to hire Comforcare because my wife's mobility has reduced a lot over the last 6 months. I am glad that we hired Comforcare. After the stroke, my mother returned home, but she was unable to take care of herself, therefore we required a caretaker. The caregiver from the agency we hired quit after two days of work because she had a long travel in the morning, as if my mother's residence were a surprise.
