Is the best service and the good owner
I just finished my home care with this company & I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the care & help I received. person thethem them.
Post (lumbar/sacral) surgical incision care giver lacks the ability to place the bandage over the entire incision even though I provided the correct bandage and explanation, twice. 1/4 to 1/3 of incision remains uncovered. Thanks but, no thanks! We will handle it from here.
My husband had a total knee replacement. He’s a senior citizen, and was promised the physical therapist would be out to see him. Nine days later still no physical help has shown up. Company not organized well. Seems the left hand has no idea what the right hand it doing.
Not well run. Weeks to have faxes read. No one checks to make sure things are done. Promised ten hours of aides and reneged, saying they never promised that. Urgent blood work request…ignored! I could go on. Would love to speak with owner or CEO, but that information is not even available! PT person, Marlene is WONDERFUL!
