Therapist absolutely did not want to be here. For a PT evaluation he spent a total of 10 minutes. Arrives at 11:52 and leaves at 12:03 according to our Ring camera. No call to provide a time for when he would come, just showed up. Day before told us he would come “mid day” but could not give us a time. How disrespectful of our time! After I selected Home Health Care for my at home skilled nursing services after my 30 day hospital stay, Rashid Ismailov, was assigned to my case. Rashid called to schedule my initial visit and arrived on time. He introduced himself and evaluated my post-surgical wounds from 2 intestinal surgeries, reviewed his observations, cleaned and redressed my incision and open wounds. My husband got great assistance through Home Care Experts. Hala, nurse and case manager, went out of her way to accommodate us by ordering wound care products and dressings. She was attentive and offered suggestions. Tania, physical therapist, helped get my husband from wheelchair bound, to using a walker, then to a cane. Hopefully, he will be walking assistant free in a short time. Both of these angels were also on time, giving there full attention on their commitment to the patient. i had hop surgery when hom the physical therapist would show up for only ten minutes and sometimes not even show up he was horrible pt is very important i believe it set me back i don’t know how they got a good rating they are bad
I wonder how they are experts of anything when they almost hit you because they’re not paying attention!!!!! Swerved into my lane honked and still could’ve taken out my fender because she wasn’t laying no mind to her surroundings.
