Company seems nice on surface but they have things to work on. People who answer the phone are so rude and you can hear them cursing in the background. The nurses show up for 5-10 minutes then they leave. They don't really educate. The head President/ Administrator Nurse doesn't even seem to know what she is doing. Everytime you speak to someone here they are gone within 3 months. The caregivers are amazing and I feel bad that they pay them so little.

My dad is a client of HCC and was assigned Ms. Nikkita Jarrett. Just after the very first day, he expressed to me that he desired to have her work with him, because she knew how to make him feel at ease and heard, her instructions were very easy to follow, is very compatible and friendly. As a relative, I've had the pleasure of meeting her and first impressions are everything.

They have been doing a great job caring for my mother. Patrich has been nothing short of amazing and Yaw consistently checks in to make sure that everything is running smoothly. Lastly, JP has always been there if we need to talk!
