We have a great experience with the care workers in home, though we do not agree with how they are treated or trained by management. As someone who previously worked in healthcare I am thoroughly disappointed in their training regarding privacy laws. We are also disappointed in how Quality Coordinator Huguette treats the care workers in our home. She has made racist remarks towards them, and has also made offensive comments towards us when she felt she could not be heard.
