Not a fan of how management runs things here. It was fine previously, but ever since current management came into power, things have been frustrating. I only make a review now because of how they handle the trash. When I first moved in years ago, we had door to door trash pickup. Current management comes in and removes that service, and now the dumpsters are overflowing. They removed the south dumpster and tell everyone to use the east dumpster. I lived at this apartment complex for two years, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The property manager was consistently rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful whenever I asked questions or reported concerns. Throughout my stay, there were serious maintenance issues. There were large cockroaches around the property, which made it seem like proper pest control was not being done. I called Joe up cause I need a misfire fixed . He is professional super nice guy and was here for about an hour and only wanted $40 bucks. I gave him a $100 because he was the only one in area that said yes and was out here in 30 minutes and fixed my issue . I became friends with this guy . I will see him for all my work while I’m here . Thank You Joe !!
