I selected Home Care Assistance Winnipeg (HCAW) to provide me with short term care for several reasons: I was connected immediately with a staff person and not a voice mailbox; my post hospital anticipated needs were understood and preliminary provisions for those needs were made but changes could be accommodated; and, I was provided with the name and contact information of my Case Manager, Deborah. She was able to activate my individualized care plan on very short notice and adapted implementation and services as necessary.... read more
